Heather O'Donnell CPT
Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Harvard College and a Master’s in Education from Boston University. She recently graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine with a Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine. She is a NASM CPT and Certified Pre and Postnatal Coach.
Given her extensive experience and knowledge of medicine and women’s health, she offers a unique perspective on strength-building as a form of preventive health. She loves working especially with postpartum and postmenopausal women, helping them feel like stronger versions of themself, and getting them comfortable in the gym setting. She also works as a Pilates instructor and enjoys incorporating aspects of that practice into her training.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys volunteering with Girls on the Run Charlotte, exploring the greenways and city of Charlotte with her husband and two dogs, and training for half-marathons.
