At ADAPT Performance & Fitness, we believe progress looks different for everyone. It's not always measured by heavier weights or faster times. Sometimes, the biggest victories are simply showing up, building confidence, and proving to yourself that you can do things you once thought were out of reach.

This month, we're proud to recognize Sarah Fazal as our Client of the Month.

Starting Where She Was

When Sarah first joined ADAPT just two and a half months ago, she wasn't looking for an intense workout program or a quick transformation.

She was looking for something much more important: a way to exercise that worked with her body instead of against it.

Living with fibromyalgia meant that many workouts left her feeling worse rather than better. Like so many people dealing with chronic pain, finding a fitness routine that felt safe, sustainable, and effective had been frustrating. Her goal was simple. She wanted to build a consistent strength training routine she could actually maintain.

Small Steps Lead to Big Changes

 

Today, Sarah trains three times a week, and her progress speaks for itself. She's getting stronger every session, but the biggest transformation goes beyond physical strength.

She's built a routine.

She's gained confidence.

She's learned to trust what her body is capable of.

Most importantly, she's continued to show up—even on the days that aren't easy. That's where lasting progress begins.

Fitness Should Be Personal

One of the things Sarah appreciates most about ADAPT is that every workout is designed around the individual.

There isn't a one-size-fits-all approach. Our coaches take the time to understand each person's goals, abilities, injuries, and limitations so every workout supports progress while respecting where they're starting. As Sarah puts it: "Just show up. The trainers here make everything personalized to your body and what you need.
