Great for any highschool athlete looking to take their training to the next level.
Led by a top strength coach and overseen by former Division I athletes.
Focus is on building strength, power, and speed.
The program also includes nutritional coaching.

DATES: June 1st - August 7th
CLASS SCHEDULE: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays
TIME: 1-2 PM.
COST: $649 or $25 drop-in
