The focus is on learning proper lifting technique, footwork, speed, and agility.
The program also includes nutritional coaching.

A 10-week program (June 1 - August 7)
CLASS SCHEDULE: Tuesdays & Thursdays
TIME: 4-5 PM.
COST: $399 or $25 drop-in
