Our Spring Break Kids Class is designed to help kids in grades 1st-5th burn off energy in a structured, positive environment while building athletic skills and confidence.
Each session blends fitness and fun through drills, games, and challenges that keep kids moving and engaged from start to finish.
What They’ll Work On
- Footwork development
- Speed training
- Agility drills
- Coordination & body control
- Confidence through movement
- Team-based fitness games
This isn’t babysitting — it’s structured athletic development in a high-energy, supportive environment.
