Most insurance companies, with the exception of Medicare, will provide payment for services received "out-of-network". The amount of reimbursement or application towards your deductible is dependent on your insurance plan. You can send "self-claims" to your insurance company for your treatments at ADAPT by, for example, printing claim forms from your insurance company's website and sending it in with the necessary receipts and treatment codes that will be provided upon request. If you call your insurance company to inquire about this, you should ask about reimbursement for "out-of-network Physical Therapy" expenses sent in via self-claims.
***Medicare Beneficiaries: If you are a Medicare beneficiary and are adamant about seeing us for your care, it is important to note that we are not participating Medicare Providers. However, we can provide Physical Therapy services to Medicare beneficiaries as long as you do not involve Medicare in payment for Physical Therapy services and if this decision is made of your own free will. In the case that you do want to use Medicare benefits for Physical Therapy services, we unfortunately cannot provide you with treatment at our clinic but would gladly help you find a Medicare provider in your area for you.
