                Alicia Cook MA, LCMHC
With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, Alicia specializes in helping individuals and families cultivate healthier, more intentional relationships—with themselves, others, and the world around them. Her approach is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and a deep understanding that meaningful change begins with connection.
Alicia’s journey into psychotherapy and mindset coaching began through her own exploration of healing—from navigating early family dynamics and self-esteem challenges to managing a Crohn’s diagnosis during high school. These personal experiences fuel her passion for guiding clients toward emotional resilience, self-awareness, and balance in all areas of life—including relationships, exercise, and food.
Certified in somatic embodiment and regulation strategies, Alicia integrates body-based awareness with relational and mindset work to help clients build confidence, presence, and inner strength. She is especially passionate about parent coaching, supporting caregivers in fostering deeper, more conscious connections with their children.
Known for her non-judgmental and warm presence, Alicia creates a safe space for growth and reflection. Outside of her work, she enjoys time with her husband and children and is committed to her own ongoing journey of learning, self-discovery, and wellness.
