Why Is Open Gym Right For You?
With your key fob, you'll be able to come into the performance side of the facility in Mooresville from 5 am - 10 pm. By limiting the number of people who can access the space, we ensure you have a private training feel and no crowded times.
Our performance gym has a turf area perfect for using the sleds and wall balls. Plus, squat racks, a full machine circuit, dumbbells, free motion squat and smith machine to work on your strength training and plenty of cardio equipment too. Everything you need to:
- Work on skills outside of a training session to become more proficient in any given movement
- Get some extra strength work in
- Stretch or use our mobility equipment
- Get that awesome workout in that you may have missed the week prior
